Spicy potatoes with Bulgarian pepper will appeal to all lovers of spicy cuisine.
It is necessary
- - 2 bell peppers, better multi-colored
- - 2 onions
- - 1 chili pepper pod
- - 1.5 kg of potatoes
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vinegar
- - 1 tsp paprika
- - 3 cloves of garlic
- - 1 teaspoon of caraway seeds
- - 4-5 st. tablespoons of olive oil
- - parsley
- - salt
- - pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the potatoes, boil them almost until tender.
Step 2
Cut the pepper and onion into medium cubes.
Step 3
Chop the garlic and chili with a knife.
Step 4
In a mortar, mix and thoroughly grind the chili pepper, garlic, vinegar, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of oil, paprika, cumin and salt.
Step 5
Heat 2-3 tbsp in a skillet. tablespoons of oil.
Step 6
Slice the potatoes.
Step 7
Fry the potatoes in oil until crisp.
Step 8
Add the onion and fry a little more.
Step 9
Add bell pepper and seasonings and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
Step 10
Pepper and salt to taste. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
