For cooking, you will need the following products:

  1. Drying, the most common, without additives and flavors - 250 g;
  2. Minced meat - 300 g;
  3. Hard cheese - 100 g;
  4. Onion-turnip - 1 pc.;
  5. Milk - 2 tablespoons;
  6. Thick mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons;
  7. Greens, pepper, salt - to taste.

Put dryers in milk at room temperature - they should absorb it. In this case, care must be taken that they would not turn sour, but only soften. While the dryers are in the milk, prepare the filling.

Chop the herbs and onion smaller. Salt and pepper the minced meat, combine in one bowl with onions and herbs, mix everything properly - better with your hands. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Prepare a baking sheet, grease it with oil. Spread dryers on it and fill with minced meat. Now each on top should be lightly greased with mayonnaise, then covered with grated cheese. Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 260 degrees. Bake for 20 minutes, this time may vary depending on the characteristics of the oven, so you should not just forget about the baking sheet for this time. Check periodically to see if the food starts to burn.

The dish turns out to be very satisfying, but not particularly heavy, so it is quite suitable for breakfast or dinner. And if guests suddenly come to you, stuffed dryers can become a real lifesaver.
