You will need:

- drying - 300 g;

- minced meat 300 g;

- onion - 1 piece;

- salt pepper;

- hard cheese - 100 g;

- sunflower oil;

- milk - 1 tbsp.

Pour dryings with warm milk for 10-15 minutes, so that they slightly swell, but do not lose their shape. Finely chop the onion or roll it in a meat grinder, mix with the prepared minced meat, salt and pepper to taste. Grease the baking dish with sunflower oil and carefully lay out the swollen dryers, fill the middle with minced meat and put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle with grated cheese 5 minutes before the end of cooking.

Drying with vegetables

You will need:

- drying - 300 g;

- onion - 1 piece;

- carrots - 1pc;

- Bulgarian pepper - 1/2 pc;

- eggs 1-2 pcs;

- greens to taste;

- salt pepper;

- sunflower oil.

Pour drying with warm water for 5-10 minutes to soften. At this time, we prepare the filling: rub the pepper on a coarse grater, finely chop the onion, and cut the pepper into cubes. Add finely chopped greens to taste. Saute a mixture of vegetables in sunflower oil until the liquid has completely evaporated. Break 1-2 eggs into cooled vegetables, salt and pepper to taste and mix thoroughly. Put the dryers in a greased baking sheet and put in the oven for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with grated cheese if desired.

You will need:

- drying - 150 g;

- sausages - 1 pc;

- onions - 1/2 pc;

- egg - 1 piece;

- flour - 1 tbsp;

- grated cheese - 3 tbsp;

- sunflower oil.

Pour drying with warm water for 5-10 minutes. At this time, we prepare the filling: cut the sausages into cubes, finely chop the onion, salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle everything with flour, stir, break the egg and stir again. Heat the oil in a frying pan and gently dip the swollen dryers into it, leave for 1-2 minutes so that the drying bottom turns brown. Put the filling with a slide with a teaspoon, cover with a lid, sprinkle with grated cheese and fry for 3-5 minutes under a closed lid over low heat. Instead of flour, you can use finely crumbled bread crumb.
