Sushki is everyone's favorite delicacy, with which tea drinking becomes more pleasant. I suggest you bake drying at home. I assure you that this is very easy to do and will take a minimum of your time.
It is necessary
- - egg - 1 pc.;
- - vanilla sugar - 1 sachet;
- - butter - 30 g;
- - condensed milk - 0, 5 cans;
- - wheat flour - 300 g;
- - baking powder for dough - 1 teaspoon;
- - poppy or sesame.
Instructions
Step 1
Combine vanilla sugar with a raw chicken egg. Beat the sugar and egg mixture well, then add the butter, softened at room temperature, to it. Stir everything until you get a mass with a homogeneous consistency.
Step 2
Add condensed milk to a homogeneous mixture. After mixing everything thoroughly, pour in the wheat flour along with baking powder, that is, baking powder for the dough. After kneading the resulting mass, you get a dough that is very pleasant to the touch and elastic in structure.
Step 3
Divide the elastic dough into fairly small pieces. Roll each into a rope that is one centimeter thick. From these harnesses, form any figures, for example, rings or pretzels.
Step 4
Place the future dryers on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, brush them with butter and sprinkle with poppy seeds or sesame seeds. This topping will add extra flavor to your baked goods.
Step 5
After preheating the oven to a temperature of 170 degrees, place a baking sheet with dough figures in it and bake them for one quarter of an hour or a little longer. Homemade dryers are ready! They will be hot until they cool down. Once this happens, the baked goods are crispy.
