Drying for tea is a very familiar and common delicacy, but, you see, quite boring. But if you show your imagination, then dryers in cooking can be used in interesting ways, for example, to make cheesecakes out of them.
It is necessary
- - ten dryers;
- - 100 g of cottage cheese;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar;
- - one egg;
- - 250 ml of milk.
Instructions
Step 1
Place ten store-bought dryers in a bowl. Pour in slightly warm milk, but not hot, and set aside to soak.
Step 2
Put 100 g of cottage cheese in a separate bowl, mash with a fork, add a little granulated sugar, a little milk and mix everything thoroughly with a spoon. You can add dried fruits, nuts, berries to this filling - any products that are limited solely by your imagination. Break the egg here and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Place parchment paper on the bottom of a baking dish or baking sheet so that the drying does not stick and easily separate after baking. Put the drying softened in milk on the parchment. Using a spoon, carefully place the filling in the middle of each bake.
Step 4
Place the dish with the cheesecakes in the oven at 160 ° C for ten minutes. Place the dried cheesecakes on a nice plate.
