Drying with poppy seeds on condensed milk

You will need to take the following ingredients: condensed milk (300 ml), flour (4 cups), eggs (3 pcs + 1 yolk, which is necessary for lubricating dryers), soda (0.5 tsp), salt (1/4 tsp l.), vanillin (1 sachet), poppy seeds (10 grams).

First you need to mix all dry foods, except poppy seeds. Then condensed milk and eggs are added to them. Using a whisk, stir all the ingredients to make a soft dough. It shouldn't stick to your hands.

Take some dough and roll it into a "sausage". Cut it into small pieces of about 5-6 cm. Next, you need to make rings out of them. Thus, you will need to use all the dough. The rings should be immediately laid out on a baking sheet lined with baking parchment.

Lubricate the dryers with yolk and sprinkle with poppy seeds. Send them to bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 20-25 minutes. They should be well browned. Then you need to get them out, put them on a dish and wait for the drying to cool down. On the basis of condensed milk, they are sweet and very crispy.

Drying with poppy seeds on regular milk

In order to prepare drying according to this recipe, you will need the following ingredients: flour (2 cups), sugar (5 tablespoons), poppy seeds (2 tablespoons), eggs (1 pc), milk (100 ml), soda (0.25 tsp), salt (0.5 tsp).

First you need to replace the dough, it should turn out a little softer than for dumplings. First, break the egg and grind it with two tablespoons of sugar to white. Then salt and soda are added. Then milk is injected. After flour is added, it must be sifted through a sieve so that it is saturated with oxygen.

Take the finished dough and cut a small piece from it. Make a thin "sausage" out of it. Both ends need to be connected to make a ring. Now you need to take a saucepan, pour water and bring it to a boil. There you need to add 3 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar and throw all the rings. When they come up, they need to be boiled for another 2 minutes. Then they must be removed from the pan and allowed to drain.

Preheat the oven to 230 ° C, place the boiled rings on a greased baking sheet and leave to bake for 10 minutes. Next, you need to reduce the temperature to 180 ° C, take out the baking sheet and sprinkle the drying with poppy seeds. Then they go back to the oven, but for 15 minutes. Ready-made sushi are laid out on a dish and served cooled down for tea.
