From ordinary dryers, you can prepare a large number of the most varied and unique dishes, for example, filled dryers or sweet cheesecake dryers. Such dishes from dryers, which can please the whole family, can be prepared very quickly.

- To prepare stuffed dryers:
- - 20 pieces of unsweetened dryers;
- - 2 potatoes;
- - 30 g of cheese of any kind;
- - 50 g of uncooked smoked sausage (small sausages);
- - a bunch of parsley;
- - 1 clove of garlic;
- - salt;
- - cream injector.
- To prepare cheesecake dryers:
- - 20 sweet dryers;
- - 200 g of milk;
- - 250 g of cottage cheese;
- - 1 egg;
- - 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar;
- - cream injector.
Instructions
Step 1
To prepare stuffed dryers, soak 20 unsweetened dryers in warm milk. For the filling, boil the potatoes in their skins, peel them after cooling. The potatoes should be slightly rough. Finely grate the potatoes. Cut 50 grams of uncooked sausage into small cubes. You can use sausages instead of sausages. Grate 30 grams of any type of cheese on a fine grater. Mix all the ingredients of the filling together, add herbs (parsley, dill) to this mixture, as well as grated garlic and a little salt to taste.
Step 2
After the dryers are soaked, place them on a baking sheet, which should be covered with paper before that. Make small balls from the filling and place them on the soaked dryers. You can also use a pastry syringe or a regular plastic bag to beautifully place the prepared filling in the core of the dryers.
Step 3
Place a baking sheet with dryers in a baking oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of about 10 degrees. After the cheese and potatoes are brown and caramelized, the dish is ready. Filled sushi can be served as an unusual snack.
Step 4
Dryers can be used to make such an interesting sweet dish as cheesecake drying. Immerse dryers in milk until they are soft and completely saturated. Be careful: you need to keep drying in milk until the moment when they become soft on the outside, but remain strong on the inside. Do not over-soak the drying, then they will spread on the baking sheet.
Step 5
Prepare the filling: stir 250 grams of cottage cheese with 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar until smooth. Also, instead of cottage cheese and sugar, you can use any other filling, for example, minced meat.
Step 6
Spread the drying on a baking sheet covered with permanent paper, put the filling into the holes of the dryers using a pastry syringe and place in the oven for baking for 15 minutes at 180 degrees. Drying cheesecakes are completely ready.
