It is necessary

  • - flour - 350 g;
  • - salt - 1/3 tablespoon;
  • - icing sugar - 1/3 tablespoon;
  • - dry yeast - 1/2 sachet;
  • - warm water - 200 ml;
  • - garlic - 1-2 cloves;
  • - olive oil - 2 tablespoons;
  • - chopped parsley - 1 tablespoon;
  • - freshly ground black pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

Combine warm water, icing sugar and yeast in one bowl. Do not touch this mixture for 15 minutes. Thus, you get a dough.

Step 2

After sifting the flour, add salt to it and put it on the work surface in the form of a slide, at the top of which you need to make a depression. Put the finished dough into the resulting recess. Knead the dough from the resulting mass. Knead it for at least 10 minutes. When it's done, wrap it with cling film. Keep in this position for a quarter of an hour.

Step 3

Combine parsley with olive oil and finely chopped garlic cloves. Mix everything thoroughly.

Step 4

Cut the resulting dough into 2 pieces with a knife. Then roll it out so that you get layers, the thickness of which is no more than 1 centimeter. By the way, you do not need to roll it out with a rolling pin - just crush it with your fingers.

Step 5

Thoroughly coat the rolled layers with the garlic mass and season with freshly ground black pepper. Place it as it is on a greased baking sheet. Then take a knife and use it to make small transverse cuts in the dough and stretch it so that holes are formed. Do not touch for a quarter of an hour.

Step 6

Preheat the oven to a temperature of 250 degrees and send the dish into it for about 5-7 minutes. Garlic tortillas are ready!
