500 grams of king prawns, 4 tablespoons of lemon juice, 3 tablespoons of olive or sunflower oil, 4 teaspoons of liquid honey, 4 cloves of garlic, herbs, salt
Instructions
Step 1
Finely chop the garlic and mix with lemon juice. Heat olive oil or sunflower oil in a skillet.
Step 2
Pour lemon juice into a skillet, stir and heat over low heat. After 30-40 seconds, add honey, salt and heat for another 1 minute.
Step 3
Defrost the shrimp and pat dry with a paper towel.
Step 4
Increase the heat and quickly sauté the shrimp in the resulting lemon-honey-garlic sauce.
Step 5
Use a slotted spoon to remove the shrimps and place them on a platter to cool. Sprinkle with finely chopped herbs when serving.
