Ingredients:

  • 300-350 g of crab sticks;
  • a couple of medium sized apples;
  • a bunch of greens (dill, green onions and parsley);
  • mayonnaise;
  • 300-350 g of canned mushrooms (you can take any);
  • 4 chicken eggs;
  • salt and ground pepper.

Preparation:

  1. First, you need to prepare the eggs. To do this, they are placed in a saucepan and filled with water. Next, the container is sent to the fire. After the eggs have boiled for 9-10 minutes, they are taken out of the water and left to cool. Then the shells are removed from them, and the eggs themselves are cut into small cubes.
  2. Free the crab sticks from the packaging and cut them into small pieces using a sharp knife. Then the sticks are sent to the container for the eggs.
  3. Prepare the mushrooms. They need to be removed from the marinade and rinsed thoroughly. Also, if you want the dish to have a milder taste, you can soak the mushrooms for 30-50 minutes and then rinse. Next, they must be cut finely enough and sent to a common container.
  4. Then you need to thoroughly wash and cut the apples into 4 parts, after removing the peel from them. For this salad, it is better to choose sour fruits, so the taste of the finished dish will turn out to be simply incomparable. Then the prepared apple slices need to be grated on a coarse grater. In order to preserve the light color of the pulp, sprinkle it with a little lemon juice.
  5. Next, you need to prepare the greens. To do this, it is carefully sorted out, removing yellowed leaves and debris. Then the dill, chives and parsley are very finely chopped using a sharp knife. Send chopped greens to the rest of the ingredients. Pour in quite a bit of ground black pepper and salt.
  6. You need to fill the salad with mayonnaise 1-2 hours before serving.
  7. You can serve this salad with crab sticks and mushrooms both in a common salad bowl and spread it out in portions, for example, on tartlets.
