It is necessary
- - one fresh cucumber;
- - crab sticks - 200 grams;
- - cherry tomatoes - 10 pieces;
- - two cloves of garlic;
- - half a bunch of parsley;
- - olive oil - 4 tbsp. spoons;
- - chopped olives - 3 tbsp. spoons.

Step 1
Chop fresh parsley, chop the garlic cloves. Mix with olive oil, stir well! It turned out to be a dressing for a light salad.
Step 2
Cut cucumber and crab sticks into cubes. Slice the cherry tomatoes in half.
Step 3
Put crab sticks, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives in a bowl.

Pour the sauce over the salad, mix. Serve ready-made diet salad garnished with whole sprigs of parsley.
