  • - pickled cucumbers 3 pcs.;
  • - Korean carrots 200 g;
  • - cheese 100 g;

  • - greens to taste;

Instructions

Step 1

Boil chicken breasts until tender, after removing the skin from them. Season with salt and pepper and add bay leaf. Cook for about 40 minutes, then drain and let cool.

Boil the potatoes in their skins. Cool slightly, peel and cut into cubes. The main thing is not to let it cool completely, otherwise it will look more like bars of soap.

Grate the cheese. Cut the cooled breasts and cucumbers into small cubes. It is also advisable to chop Korean carrots, otherwise it will stretch and destroy the shape of the salad.

The last, creative stage. In a bowl, spread the mushrooms with the caps down on the bottom, you can sprinkle with herbs on top, but this is to your taste. Next, lay out potatoes, cucumbers, breasts, carrots and cheese in layers. Coat each layer with mayonnaise. Leave to soak for a few hours.
