Thin Banana Pie is a delicate and quick dessert that the whole family will surely appreciate. It is based on delicious dough and delicate banana filling with chocolate chips and brown sugar.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- • 1 glass of flour;
- • 1 chicken egg;
- • 1 pack of butter;
- • 160 g of sugar;
- • ½ egg yolk;
- • salt.
- For filling:
- • 4 medium bananas;
- • 50 g of butter;
- • Brown sugar;
- • chocolate chips.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour flour into a bowl. Add sugar, salt and pre-planed, cold butter there. Rub all the ingredients into butter and flour crumbs with your hands.
Step 2
Then drive one egg and ½ part of the yolk into the same crumb, mix everything quickly. Knead a smooth and elastic dough, roll it into a large ball, send it to the refrigerator for half an hour, after wrapping it with cling film.
Step 3
After half an hour, grease a baking dish (24 cm in diameter) with a piece of butter. Pull the dough out of the refrigerator, unwind and, if desired, divide into 2 equal parts. Roll out one part, put in a mold, forming sides, and beat with a fork. And wrap the second part of the dough again in foil, send it to the freezer and leave it there for the next pie. Note that you can use all the dough, but then the cake will be thick.
Step 4
Send the form with the dough base to the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, bake until tender. Meanwhile, peel the bananas and cut (lengthwise) into plates.
Step 5
Remove the prepared test base from the oven. Cut the half of the butter (for the filling) into slices and distribute evenly over the dough. Sprinkle ½ part brown sugar and chocolate chips on top of the butter. Then lay out the banana plates.
Step 6
Cut the remaining butter into slices and place on top of the banana filling. Cover everything again with the remaining sugar and shavings. Put the formed banana pie into the oven and bake for 20 minutes. Then remove from the oven, cut, after which you can serve.
