It is necessary

  • • 400 g of duck meat;
  • • 1 medium-sized carrot;
  • • 3 ripe tomatoes;
  • • 2 bunches of fresh herbs;
  • • ¼ teaspoon of ground black pepper;
  • • ½ kg of potato tubers;
  • • 1 large onion head;
  • • 50 g sour cream;
  • • 1, 5 teaspoons of salt;
  • • 2 liters of clean water.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the duck well and cut into medium sized portions using a sharp knife. Then the meat should be placed in a saucepan and covered with water.

Step 2

Then it is sent to a hot stove. When the water boils, you need to remove all the formed foam and add salt to the broth. Cook duck meat until cooked, it can take from 60 to 90 minutes.

Step 3

Remove the husk from the onion, rinse it in cold water and cut into medium sized cubes. Carrots also need to be peeled, rinsed thoroughly and cut into very small cubes using a knife. The potato tubers should be peeled and washed well. Then the potatoes are cut into small cubes.

Step 4

When there are about 30 minutes left before the duck meat is cooked, it is necessary to put the prepared onions and carrots in the soup. After the soup starts to boil again, you should count 7-10 minutes.

Step 5

Then chopped potato tubers are added to the rich duck soup and everything is thoroughly mixed. After that, the broth should still boil for a quarter of an hour, after which it will be necessary to put the required amount of sour cream into it. Everything is thoroughly mixed and the pan is removed from the hot stove after the soup boils again.

Step 6

Rinse the tomatoes well and cut them into very small pieces with a sharp knife. Chopped tomatoes should be transferred to the ready-made duck soup, and pepper and salt to taste.

Step 7

Cover the pot with a lid and let the dish sit for 20-25 minutes.

Step 8

Pour the previously washed, dried and finely chopped greens into the soup poured on plates.
