  • • 2 chicken eggs;
  • • 100 g of sugar and 2 more tablespoons for making cream;
  • • 1 small spoon of baking powder;
  • • 1 can (500 g) canned peaches;
  • • 1 chicken protein;
  • • 1, 5 glasses of wheat flour;
  • • 400 g multivitamin juice;
  • • 50 g of potato starch;
  • • 1 small packet of vanilla sugar;
  • • 1 pack (400 ml) of natural peach yogurt;
  • • 1 glass of cream (33% fat);
  • • half a glass of peach juice;
  • • butter;
  • • gelatin.

Instructions

Step 1

To make such a cake, you will need a split form, the diameter of which should be 23 centimeters. This form must be well greased with butter.

Step 2

Pour baking powder and potato starch into the sifted flour, and then mix everything. In a deep bowl, combine eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar, and then, using a mixer, beat thoroughly. Gently combine the mixture with flour.

Step 3

The finished dough must be poured into a prepared mold and sent to an oven heated to 180 degrees. It is necessary to bake it until fully cooked. The cake will turn out to be thin and ruddy.

Step 4

Pour hot water into the peach juice and add gelatin. After the mixture has cooled, slowly pour it into warm yogurt mixed with granulated sugar. Place on the refrigerator shelf.

Step 5

Cut the peaches into small cubes. Whisk in the cream. In a separate bowl, beat the protein and pour literally a drop of lemon juice into it. Gently add cream to yogurt, then protein, and then chopped peaches. Mix everything carefully.

Step 6

The cooled cake must be placed in a split form. Put the resulting cream on top of it in an even layer. Place the cake on the refrigerator shelf to set (at least 4 hours).

Step 7

Dissolve the gelatin in warm multivitamin juice. Then take out the cake and pour the prepared juice over its surface. If desired, you can add peach pieces to the resulting jelly. Refrigerate overnight.
