It is necessary
- For four servings:
- - wheat flour - 1, 5 cups;
- - two eggs;
- - blueberries - 2 cups;
- - baking powder - 1, 5 tsp;
- - sugar - 0.5 cups;
- - salt, soda - 1/2 tsp;
- - ricotta cheese - 1 glass;
- - milk - 3/4 cup;
- - lemon peel - 2 tsp;
- - vanilla extract - 1 tsp.
Instructions
Step 1
Combine flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and baking soda.
Step 2
Whisk separately the chicken eggs with the ricotta cheese, milk and mashed lemon zest. Add a spoonful of vanilla extract.
Step 3
Combine both mixtures, mix gently.
Step 4
Add fresh blueberries to the mixture, mix again.
Step 5
Bake thin pancakes from the received dough in a well-heated skillet. The pancakes should be golden.
Step 6
