A gingerbread cake is a cake that does not need to be baked. It contains very simple and affordable ingredients. And the taste is amazingly delicate, soft and pleasant. This is a great treat option for lovers of sour cream.

- - 2-3 bananas
- - 1.5 kg sour cream
- - 100 grams of sugar
- - 200 grams of raisins
- - 200 grams of walnut
- - 1 packet of vanillin

Step 1
The first step is to choose a plate where the cake will lie. And also a metal frame shape without a bottom, so that it holds the cake.
Step 2
Cut each gingerbread lengthwise to make a circle. Add all the sugar, vanillin to the sour cream and stir thoroughly until they are completely dissolved so that they do not crunch in the cream.
Step 3
Peel the bananas and cut into slices. We take each piece of gingerbread and dip it in sour cream, put it on a plate within our metal mold. So we form a layer of gingerbread cookies in sour cream.
Step 4
On top of the gingerbread layer, smooth out a thin layer of banana slices, sprinkle with raisins and walnuts. So repeat all layers until we run out of ingredients.
Step 5
It is advisable to put the cake in a cold place for at least the whole night. The gingerbread should be soaked in sour cream and soften. After the aging time, the metal form must be removed and the cake can be served.
