Step 3
Divide the dough into portions of 20-30 gr. based on the fact that the weight of the minced meat is twice as much. Roll the dough into circles so that the edges are thinner than the middle.
Step 4
Put a ball of minced meat in the middle of the dough and pinch the edges of the dough to the middle, giving the product a round shape. Leave a small hole in the middle.
