Use the following items to make this delicious dessert:
For a biscuit base:
- 4 chicken eggs;
- 140 g flour;
- 1 tbsp. granulated sugar.
For jelly:
- 600 g of fresh sour cream (medium fat content 20%);
- 40 g of gelatin;
- 1, 5 Art. granulated sugar;
- some fresh berries according to your taste;
- pineapple and kiwi to taste.
Prepare a delicate biscuit base. Divide the eggs into whites and yolks. In a saucepan, thoroughly beat the whites with sugar, then add the sifted flour and yolks there, gently beat everything again. Take a baking dish (about 20 cm in diameter), grease it with oil and put the resulting biscuit base there.
Preheat the oven to 190 ° C, bake the crust for the base for about 12 minutes. Then take out the finished cake, cool a little and carefully align it (cut off the top).
Make jelly. Soak gelatin in warm water (pour 130 ml of water). Place the mixture on low heat and bring it to a boil. Add the jelly mass to the sour cream, which must first be beaten with granulated sugar.
Wash the berries and fruits, cut them into small wedges and place in the sour cream. Gently pour the resulting mixture into the biscuit cake and send the cake to the refrigerator for 3 hours until it hardens completely.

To make a cake, you will need products:
- 3 bags of packaged fruit jelly;
- 80 g of butter;
- 530 g of fresh sour cream (medium fat content 20%);
- 140 g of cookies;
- 25 g of gelatin;
- 1 cup of sugar;
- 130 g of cottage cheese.
Prepare multi-colored jelly from bags, it will serve as a decoration (gems in the snow). Make the jelly according to the instructions on the package. Then let it harden and cut into small wedges.
Use a blender to grind the cookies, put the resulting crumbs into a small plate. Add melted butter there, stir. Transfer everything to the bottom of the split form into a single cake. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C, bake the cake for about 12-13 minutes.
Pour gelatin with warm water, let it swell, leave it for 13 minutes. After that, send it to the stove, heat the gelatin until it dissolves.
In a separate bowl, gently whisk the sour cream and granulated sugar. Add gelatin and grated cottage cheese to the resulting mass. Stir everything. Pour the jelly mass on top of the biscuit crust, pour the "gems" in the form of multi-colored jelly slices. Place the dessert in the refrigerator for 3 hours until it hardens completely.
