Sometimes on cold days you want summer and vice versa. In order to somehow fulfill what you want, we suggest making the "Chamomile in the Snow" cake. There is no need to bake a cake, it is enough to collect certain products and take some time.
It is necessary
- - biscuit cakes - 1 pack;
- - prunes - 100 g;
- - banana - 1 pc.;
- - canned pineapples (rings) - 1 can;
- - sour cream - 0.5 l;
- - gelatin - 20-25 g;
- - granulated sugar - 1 glass;
Instructions
Step 1
First, soak the gelatin in a glass of cold, boiled water. It will swell in 20-25 minutes.
Step 2
Prepare a semi-circular cake pan. Lay foil at the bottom. Open the pineapple jar, drain the liquid. Spread the pineapple rings over the entire area of the container. It is necessary to lay out tightly in a checkerboard pattern.
Step 3
Rinse the prunes well, cut into small wedges. Peel the banana and also chop finely. Mix prunes and bananas, add sour cream and sugar.
Step 4
Now it's the turn of gelatin again, heat it up in a water bath. Pour the gelatin into the sour cream mixture, stir and refrigerate for 20-25 minutes. Set aside one cake from the package, break the rest into pieces.
Step 5
Put the slightly frozen cream partly on the pineapples, then part of the biscuit crumbs, another layer of cream, again the biscuit. Thus, fill in the entire form, cover it with a whole cake on top, press down a little.
Step 6
Leave it in the refrigerator for 2 hours. After taking out the frozen "Chamomile in the Snow" cake, turn it over onto a dish, remove the food foil.
