I believe that a delicious, sweet and original cake can replace any cake. For example, this is the pie called "Gems". This delicacy will amaze any sweet tooth.
It is necessary
- - milk - 1 glass;
- - egg - 1 piece;
- - vanillin - 1 sachet;
- - butter - 100 g;
- - sugar - 5 tablespoons;
- - flour - 4 glasses;
- - marmalade - 200 g;
- - dry yeast - 7 g;
- - any jam - 3 tablespoons;
- - salt - a pinch.
Instructions
Step 1
Remove the butter from the refrigerator and keep it at room temperature until it softens. In the meantime, combine dry yeast and milk. Then add ingredients such as egg, salt, granulated sugar, vanillin and softened butter to them. Mix everything thoroughly. To the resulting mixture, gradually, in small portions, add flour. Knead the dough, cover and heat. Do not touch until it rises about 2 times.
Step 2
Divide the finished dough so that 2 equal parts are formed from it. Roll one of them with a rolling pin into the layer, then place it in a previously prepared and greased round baking dish. Then apply jam to the dough.
Step 3
Roll the second half of the dough, like the first. Take a small dish with a round neck and cut out round figures from the resulting layer. Cut each in half exactly in the center.
Step 4
With the marmalade, do the following: cut it into slices, then put it on dough semicircles. Lock in such a way that its top remains open. As such, place in a baking dish. Stack such bags as tightly as possible to each other.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Send the dish in it to bake for about 40 minutes. Cool the finished baked goods and serve. The Gems Pie is ready!
