In hot weather, not every housewife wants to stand at the stove. There is a great way to avoid this. Okroshka is a tasty and quick dish for the whole family.

- - 300 grams of cooked sausage (ham)
- - a bunch of dill, parsley, onions
- - mayonnaise (sour cream)
- - salt
- - ground black pepper
- - 1 cucumber
- - vinegar
- - 3 potatoes
- - radish
- - 3 eggs
Instructions
Step 1
To start cooking okroshka, we need to boil potatoes. Wash the potatoes under running water, place them in a pot of salt water and cook. After it's cooked, cool it down. Next, peel it and cut it into small cubes. Place the potatoes in a deep bowl.
Step 2
Next, cook the eggs (they can be cooked separately or immediately with potatoes). When ready, cut them into small cubes. Take boiled sausage (ham) and chop it into cubes as well. Place eggs and sausage in a bowl. Wash radishes and cucumbers thoroughly. Chop them, like everything else, into small cubes. Next, it is advisable to chop the greens very finely: dill, parsley and green onions. Pour the greens into a container with all the products.
Step 3
The final stage will be filling okroshka. To do this, pour cold water into a container with all the chopped ingredients. Take vinegar and gently add 1 tablespoon to the water. Add salt and black pepper to taste. Then add mayonnaise, about 4 tablespoons. Optionally, you can add sour cream instead of mayonnaise. Mix thoroughly and refrigerate okroshka for 20-30 minutes. Okroshka is a summer dish, so it is served cold.
