Step 1
Take a small squash, wash it thoroughly and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut the courgette in half and peel it. Next, you need to remove the core and seeds from it. Now cut the zucchini into several smaller pieces and grate it on a coarse grater into any deep dish.

Add three chicken eggs, 8 tablespoons flour, and salt to taste into chopped zucchini. You should have a mixture that is not too thick. Put the pan on the fire and pour the vegetable oil into it. Fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown. To bake the pancakes inside, it is best to fry them over low heat.
