Preparation:
- Sift flour into a cup. Then it is mixed with granulated sugar and salt. If you want the pancakes to turn out not only tasty, but also very aromatic, then you can add very little ground cinnamon or vanilla to the flour. And in order to make them more magnificent, you can use yeast.
- Next, pure boiled cold water is poured into the flour. Pour quite a bit of lemon juice or vinegar into the soda to extinguish it (soda is not added to the dough if you are using yeast). Then it must also be poured into flour. Everything is thoroughly mixed.
- After that, it is necessary to break chicken eggs into a cup and knead the thin dough. There should be no lumps of flour left in it, so mix it quite thoroughly. The consistency of the dough should be similar to sour cream. Let it stand for a while for 10-15 minutes.
- Place a frying pan on a hot stove. It is necessary to pour quite a bit of vegetable oil into it. After it gets hot, you can start baking the pancakes.
- It is most convenient to spread the dough in a frying pan with a simple spoon. After the pancakes are browned on one side, turn it over to the other. At the same time, the fire should be medium, and it is best to cover the pan with a lid so that the pancakes are better fried.
- After the pancakes are ready, they are laid out on a paper towel or napkin in order to drain excess fat from them. The rest of the pancakes are fried in the same way. Add vegetable oil to the pan as needed. And it is best to pour the oil directly into the dough (at the end of its preparation).
