  • 1/2 teaspoon of chopped ginger root, ground cinnamon, sugar, turmeric and saffron
  • salt pepper
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp butter

Cooking step by step:

1. Thoroughly rinse the meat under running water, then pat dry with a paper towel and wrap with plastic cling film. Now beat off the fillet without overdoing it. You will need the film so that small pieces of meat do not fly in different directions.

2. Now cut the meat into small pieces. Put butter in the multicooker bowl (both types in a 1: 1 ratio), add chicken slices and set the Baking program - fry the chicken pieces for 10 minutes, the lid of the appliance should be open at this time. If your appliance does not have such a mode, then install the "Fry" program.

3. After 10 minutes, when the chicken is browned, add the small chopped bell peppers and continue cooking for another three minutes. Place the entire contents of the bowl in a separate deep bowl and set aside.

4. Rinse the rice thoroughly to clean water. Lubricate the bottom and sides of the bowl with the remaining butter. Place rice there, add 380 ml of filtered water, salt to taste and stir. Close the lid of the device and set the "Rice" mode. Cook until the program ends. Add the turmeric saffron, set aside in a separate bowl, cover.

Ingredients:

  • 6 chicken drumsticks
  • 300 ml long grain rice

Ingredients:

  • 220 g tomato sauce

  • 270 ml of water

  • salt, spices to taste

Cooking in stages:

1. Rinse the groats very well. Pour into a bowl, add 270 ml of filtered water. Close the lid of the device, set the "Rice" or "Groats" mode on the front control panel, set the timer for 25 minutes. 5 minutes before cooking, open a slow cooker and stir in the curry and butter. Bring the side dish until tender.

2. After the end of cooking signal sounds, open the lid, stir the rice and pour it into a deep bowl. Cover with a lid, wrap in a thick towel and leave to garnish in a warm place.

Tip: If you wish, you can also add a pinch of dried garlic to the rice in addition to curry

3. Rinse the chicken fillet thoroughly. Wrap in plastic wrap or place in a regular plastic bag. Beat the meat lightly with a wooden kitchen mallet. In this case, the pieces of meat will be softer, and the dish will turn out to be more tender and tasty. Cut the chicken into small cubes or strips.

A few tricks for cooking in a multicooker
