Warm fresh out of the oven, cinnamon rolls are delicious. And if you still pour them with butter cream and chocolate, as described in this recipe, this pastry will be successful for all family members. The buns prepared in this way turn out to be very appetizing.

- - 11 g yeast
- - a teaspoon of salt
- - 2 eggs
- - 250 g butter
- - 700 g flour
- - 100 g sugar
- - 200 brown sugar
- - 1 g vanillin
- - 4 tablespoons of cinnamon
- - 200 powdered sugar
- - 50 g mascarpone
- - 30 g of chocolate
Instructions
Step 1
Mix milk, eggs, yeast, 100 g of sugar, vanillin, 70 g of butter until smooth. In a separate bowl, combine the flour and salt. Knead the dough. Leave in a warm place for an hour.
Step 2
Roll out a sheet of dough on an existing work surface. Try to make its size 40 by 60 cm - approximately. Coat the layer with 60 g of softened butter. Mix the cinnamon with brown sugar.
Step 3
Sprinkle the dough with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar, roll it into a tight roll. Cut the roll into buns, let them be 2.5-3 cm wide. Place the buns on a baking sheet, covering it with baking paper. Bake for 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
Step 4
For the buttercream, stir in the icing sugar, 120 g butter and mascarpone. Pour melted chocolate and creamy icing over hot buns. Done!
