This yeast-free bread recipe won't leave you indifferent! Bread is made very simply and quickly. And it turns out so fragrant, crispy and tasty!

- Flour - 2 cups
- Kefir - 1 glass
- Citric acid - 1/2 tsp
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Soda - 1 tsp
- Whole cumin, ground coriander - to taste
- Vegetable oil - 1 tsp
Instructions
Step 1
Pour kefir into a deep bowl. Better if it is at room temperature. Pour in one tablespoon of sugar, a teaspoon of salt and one teaspoon of baking soda. Stir well to dissolve the loose ingredients.
Step 2
Sift 2 cups flour. You can use some of the rye flour, or try making bread with whole grain flour. It is healthier than refined white flour.
Step 3
In another bowl, combine the sifted flour and citric acid. Add spices - cumin and ground coriander. Stir well.
Step 4
Preheat oven to 180 C. Grease a bread pan with vegetable oil.
Step 5
Combine kefir mass with flour. Knead a soft dough. The dough will be loose and stick to your hands.
Step 6
Sprinkle the dough with flour to keep it from sticking and place it in a baking dish. Place the dish in the oven. Bake 30-40 minutes until crisp.
Step 7
Fragrant and delicious bread is ready!
