Halvaitar - this is the name of the Uzbek halva - a traditional oriental sweet / Halvaitar is prepared very simply, using inexpensive and
available components. There are many variations of this dish, because in addition to the fact that each hostess turns halvaitar in her own way, Uzbek halva also differs in consistency: from a thick dessert, which is served in bowls and eaten with a spoon, to a dense dessert, which is cut into rhombuses before serving and served on a platter.

Instructions
Step 1
To prepare the Uzbek sweet halvaitar or halva in Uzbek, you will need cow's milk of any fat content. But it is best to take fatter milk, 3, 2% and higher. Pour milk into a saucepan and add sugar
sand. In this case, a container with a volume of 240 - 250 ml is taken as a glass.

Place a saucepan with milk mixture over medium heat and cook until the granulated sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat.

Separately melt a small piece of butter, weighing about 50 grams, in a skillet. Add flour and fry with constant stirring over low heat until flour becomes creamy. Then remove from heat and cool the flour slightly. Transfer to a saucepan.

In the cooled flour with butter, carefully, stirring, pour the milk syrup prepared earlier. Add cocoa powder if desired.
Step 5
Place a saucepan with the sweet mixture on low heat and cook until thickened. Stir the mixture constantly while cooking. Thus, keep the mixture on fire for as long as necessary until the desired consistency is obtained.
Step 6
Pour the liquid mixture into bowls or bowls, if you want to serve a soft dessert and eat it with a spoon. Cut into rhombuses before serving and sprinkle with sesame seeds or chopped nuts.

Cool the thick mixture directly in a saucepan, then roll up balls from this mass and roll them in sesame seeds or chopped nuts.
