Step 1
Dough preparation. Separate the whites from the yolks. Combine 50 g of sugar and yolks. Put the yolks with sugar in a water bath, heat until the mixture begins to thicken. Stir the yolks all the time. Cool the yolks.

Beat the whites until a thick foam, add a couple of drops of lemon. Mix protein foam with sugar (50 g). Combine the whites with the yolks, mix gently.
Step 3
Melt the butter. Pour flour, butter into the egg mixture, mix with a mixer. The dough is ready.
Step 4
Grease the multicooker bowl with oil and sprinkle with flour. Spread out the dough and spread the pineapple rings on top. Place one cherry (pitted) in the center of each ring. Cook for 45 minutes in Bake mode. Then leave in the multicooker for another 15 minutes in the "Heat" mode.

Peel the cherries, cover with the remaining sugar, add rum. Leave it on for 10 minutes. Then grind the cherries with a blender.
