You will need:

  • fresh white cabbage - 800 g;
  • puff yeast dough - 450 g;

  • fresh herbs - 10 g;
  • garlic - half a head;
  • salt and spices to taste.

Step by step cooking process

Remove the finished dough from the freezer and defrost at room temperature. Finely chop the cabbage, place in a heavy-bottomed pan and simmer in vegetable oil for 20 minutes. Hard boil 4 eggs. Chop the garlic, herbs and boiled eggs, stir. Put the resulting mixture to the stewed cabbage, salt and season the filling to taste.

Knead the dough into a ball, separate 1/3 part. Roll out most of the dough to a thickness of 2.5-3 mm, place on a greased baking sheet. Spread the filling in an even layer on the layer, add a few pieces of butter on top.

You will need:

  • wheat flour - 4 cups;
  • kefir - 1 glass;
  • fresh white cabbage - 380 g;
  • egg - 3 pcs.;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • canned mushrooms - 250 g;
  • sugar - 10 mg;
  • soda - 1 tsp;
  • tomato paste - 2 tablespoons;
  • vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons;
  • salt, black pepper to taste.

Beat eggs with kefir using a mixer at the slowest speed, gradually add flour, add sugar, salt and baking powder. Knead a soft, non-sticky dough, cover it with a towel and leave to prepare the filling.

You will need:

  • puff yeast dough - 450 g;
  • fresh white cabbage - 400 g;
  • boiled sausages - 5 pcs.;

You will need:

  • 450 g of puff pastry without yeast;
  • 130 g cabbage;
  • 30 g butter;
  • 1 egg;
  • 1 onion;
