Remarkably tasty and healthy salad. Delicate fish fillet goes well with vegetables.
It is necessary
- - 620 g pangasius fillet;
- - 330 g of potatoes;
- - 190 g of onions;
- - 230 g tomato;
- - 30 ml of vinegar;
- - 15 g of salt;
- - 60 ml mayonnaise;
- - 40 ml of vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the fish fillets thoroughly, then dry with a napkin, rub with salt and transfer to a baking sheet, previously oiled.
Step 2
Put the baking sheet in the oven and bake at a temperature not exceeding 200 degrees for 30 minutes, then cool the fish right on the baking sheet.
Step 3
Peel the onion, wash, cut into thin rings and cover with hot water to remove the bitterness. Drain off the water after 20 minutes.
Step 4
Boil the potatoes in the skins, then cool, peel and cut into small pieces.
Step 5
Cut the finished fish fillet into pieces about 1.5 centimeters thick.
Step 6
Put potatoes, fish and onions in a salad bowl, salt, add mayonnaise, mix.
Step 7
Wash the tomatoes, cut into wedges and add to the salad before serving.
