For fish lovers, we recommend making a pangasius salad with nuts and arugula. Pangasius is a delicious boneless fish, of course, it can be replaced with any other fish fillet in the recipe. And nuts and arugula will accentuate the taste of the fish.
It is necessary
- - 300 g of pangasius;
- - 150 g parboiled rice;
- - 3 carrots;
- - 1 onion;
- - 8 shelled walnuts;
- - arugula, salt, sugar, vinegar, black pepper, mayonnaise.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the pangasius first, you can replace it with pike perch. Cook fish for salad - five minutes (even less) in the microwave will be enough, the fish cooks quickly. You can fry it in vegetable oil or boil it with bay leaves and any spices.
Step 2
Boil carrots until soft, peel. Leave to cool. Peel the onion. Rinse a few arugula leaves. Peel the walnuts. Boil the steamed rice until tender - it should be crumbly.
Step 3
Cut the onion into rings, rinse under hot water and marinate, for this sprinkle the onion with sugar and pour over the vinegar, set aside to infuse.
Step 4
Cut the carrots into thin strips and the fish into small cubes. Chop the walnuts finely and finely. Cut the arugula, squeeze the onion from the marinade - we no longer need the marinade.
Step 5
Mix all prepared ingredients with cooled rice. Season the salad with pepper and salt to taste. Season with mayonnaise, mix the pangasius salad with nuts and arugula thoroughly, serve immediately. You can decorate the top with whole kernels of nuts.
