Nalistniki with cottage cheese (thin egg pancakes) is a dish that came to us from Polish cuisine, but they love to cook it most of all in Ukraine. This is what every good housewife should have a separate frying pan for.
It is necessary
- - 200 ml of milk;
- - 250 g of cottage cheese;
- - 6 tablespoons of flour;
- - raisins;
- - five eggs;
- - 50 g of sugar;
- - vanillin.
- - icing sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
Break four eggs into a bowl, add two tablespoons of sugar, a pinch of salt, six tablespoons of flour. Mix everything well. The dough should be thin enough to make the pancakes thin. If it comes out thick, then you need to add milk. For flavor, add half a teaspoon of vanillin. To prevent the dough from burning, add a little vegetable oil to the mixture. Mix everything well.
Step 2
The pan must be heated, but not overheated, since the leaflets are baked for a long time and they should not burn. Pour the dough into the center of the pan and spread as thin as possible over the area. After three to four minutes, turn over to the other side and fry for another two minutes.
Step 3
To prepare the filling, put in a bowl 250 grams of cottage cheese, 50 grams of sugar, an egg, a pinch of salt. Mix everything well. For taste, you can add a handful of raisins to the curd.
Step 4
Place the filling in the center of the leaflet and roll up with an envelope or straw. It is better to serve the patches with sour cream.
