Desserts based on mascarpone cheese have a light airy consistency. They are delicious and nutritious. Desserts with mascarpone will be a great treat both during a family celebration and as a pleasant surprise on a hot summer day. They cook quickly, do not require a lot of culinary skills and can be stored in the refrigerator for a couple of days.

- Dessert with mascarpone and strawberries:
- - 150 g mascarpone;
- - 150 ml cream (33-35% fat);
- - 500 g of strawberries;
- - 300 g of peaches;
- - 5 tbsp. Sahara;
- - fresh mint.
- Chocolate dessert with mascarpone:
- - 150 g mascarpone;
- - 150 ml cream (33-35% fat);
- - 5 tbsp. Sahara;
- - 200-250 g of chocolate biscuit;
- - 1/2 cup brewed coffee;
- - 2 tbsp. cognac, amaretto or liqueur;
- - chocolate for decoration;
- - canned cocktail cherries for decoration.
Instructions
Step 1
In order to make a dessert from mascarpone, beat it with a mixer with 1 tbsp. Sahara. Whisk the cream separately, adding 2 tbsp. Sahara. Combine both whipped masses and stir gently so that the creamy cheese mixture does not settle. Wash strawberries and peaches in cool running water. Allow excess liquid to drain. Remove the leaves from the strawberries. Place 2/3 of the strawberries in a blender, sprinkle with 2 tbsp. sugar and chop until puree. Cut the remaining strawberries into longitudinal quarters, peaches into cubes. At the bottom of bowls, large glasses (a Hurricane or Armagnac glass is suitable) or glasses, put pieces of peach, pour strawberry puree on top, then put a layer of cream cheese mass. Repeat layers of strawberry puree and whipped cheese if desired. Place strawberry puree on top of all layers. Decorate with strawberry slices, a couple of mint leaves. If desired and available, complement the dessert decoration with your favorite fruits and berries. Blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, and kiwi slices work well.
Step 2
To make a chocolate dessert from mascarpone, beat the cheese with a mixer with 1 tbsp. Sahara. Whisk the cream separately, adding 2 tbsp. sugar or powdered sugar. Combine both whipped masses and stir gently so that the creamy cheese mixture does not settle. Place a broken chocolate sponge cake on the bottom of a bowl or martini glass. Pour 1 tbsp over it. a mixture of freshly brewed coffee and liquor. Chocolate biscuit can be replaced with Savoyardi cookies, which are immersed in a container with coffee and liqueur impregnation before placing in a bowl, or with crushed Yubileynoye cookies. Place the cream cheese mass on top of the biscuit. Smooth out the surface of the dessert with a spoon. Grate the chocolate on a coarse grater and sprinkle the cheese mass on top. Garnish with a cocktail cherry.
Step 3
Serve the finished dessert with mascarpone chilled.
