Mix flour with sour cream, add salt and pepper, as well as mushrooms and onions. Preheat all ingredients in the microwave for one minute.

Put portioned pieces of fish fillet into a baking dish, on top - a mushroom mixture. The dish is cooked for 20 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees. You can also bake fish in the microwave. It only takes 5-6 minutes at 800 watts.
Step 5
When serving, the fish should be sprinkled with chopped green onions. Vegetables are best served as a side dish. The result is a light and hearty meal.
