1. Date candies with nuts

The main ingredient is dates, which create the shape of a candy. If they are solid, you can first place them in water for 15-20 minutes. Then add cashews, almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds. You can add cinnamon and some ground nutmeg. Mix everything in a blender and form small balls. Can be rolled in coconut or whole nuts on top. At the same time, the nut should not be very hard, cashews or walnuts are good. Since the dates themselves are sweet enough, no additional sweeteners are required.

Instead of dates, you can take prunes and soft dried apricots or a mixture of all these dried fruits.

2. Date sweets with cocoa

Chop dates. Add liquid honey to taste. You can use carob instead of honey as a sweetener. Then add oatmeal (oat flour) crushed in a blender to them until smooth, which can be rolled into balls. Form candies, roll them in cocoa.

3. Banana candies

These chocolates require ripe bananas, oatmeal, and chopped nuts. Roll the balls in sesame or nut crumbs.

After cooking, the sweets are best placed in the refrigerator for a few hours so that they retain their shape. Such candies can be stored for 2-3 days in a cool dark place.
