Few people would refuse a dessert in the form of sweets. But often their quality is questionable. Treat yourself and your loved ones, homemade sweets are delicious and, most importantly, healthy!
It is necessary
- Based on about 30 candies.
- For candy filling:
- Pitted prunes 200 g;
- Cranberries 150 g;
- Peeled walnuts 150 g
- Cognac 1 tsp
- For sprinkling sweets:
- peeled walnuts 40g;
- cocoa 15 g;
- icing sugar 40g
Instructions
Step 1
Mix the ingredients for the filling (without cognac) in a blender, then pour in the cognac, mix again.
Step 2
Finely grind the walnut (from the sprinkling set), combine with sugar and cocoa.
Step 3
Separate a teaspoon (15 g) of the mixture from the candy mass, form balls and roll them over the sprinkle.
Store the resulting sweets in the refrigerator. You can eat them immediately after preparation.
