Prepare the following ingredients for preparing the salad:

- 200 grams of hard cheese;

The first step is to defrost the crab sticks, it is better to do this in natural conditions. Then remove the wrapper from the sticks and cut them into medium cubes, fold into a bowl. Wash the tomatoes well, dry and cut into cubes, send them to the crab sticks. Rinse a small bunch of herbs (dill or parsley) and chop finely. Grate hard cheese and a couple of peeled garlic cloves. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, add a little salt to taste and season with mayonnaise. Place the salad in a bowl and serve chilled.
"Royal" salad
To prepare this salad, you will need the following set of products:
- 200-300 grams of lightly salted salmon (can be replaced with trout);
- 100 grams of red caviar;
- 1 kilogram of regular shrimp;
- 2 packs of 200 grams of crab sticks;
- 4 chicken eggs;
- 2 bell peppers (red and yellow);
- 2 fresh cucumbers;
- 1 avocado;
- mayonnaise and salt to taste.
This amount of products is necessary for a festive table when many guests come. If you want to prepare a "Royal" salad for your household to try, then you can take half of the food. First, boil chicken eggs until cooked through. Then boil the shrimp in salted water with bay leaves and peppercorns. Cool and clean. Wash cucumbers, avocados and bell peppers and cut into medium cubes. Peel the eggs and chop coarsely with a knife. Cut crab sticks into cubes, salmon into strips. Last but not least, add the red caviar and season the salad with mayonnaise. Decorate the top with herbs and caviar. The salad is ready, you can safely serve this royal dish to the table.
"Courtesan" with crab sticks
Required Ingredients:
- 700 grams of smoked chicken leg;
- 1 fresh tomato;
- 1 bell pepper;
- 200 grams of crab sticks;
- a small handful of almonds;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- salt to taste;
- mayonnaise.
Take a smoked chicken leg, peel and cut the meat into small pieces. Remove the foil from the crab sticks and cut into cubes. Then wash the bell pepper and remove the seeds from it. Cut the pepper and tomato into medium cubes. Chop almonds with a knife (you can use a blender), pass the garlic through a press. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, season with salt to taste and season with mayonnaise. Place in a salad bowl and sprinkle with chopped almonds on top, garnish to your liking.
