Instructions
Step 1
Melt butter (150 g) in a water bath, cool slightly, mix with sugar, 1 tsp. cocoa powder. Beat eggs one at a time, mix well, add melted chocolate (1 bar) and gradually add sifted flour.
Step 2
Put the mass into a mold, bake at 180 degrees. Cool in a mold, cut in half lengthwise. Whip in 150 ml of cream. Spread them on the cakes. Prepare the fondant: warm up the cream, break a bar of chocolate in it. Heat and stir constantly until the chocolate is melted.
Step 3
Cool slightly, pour fondant over the cake and cover the sides with it. Whisk 50 g of butter until white, add 1 tsp. cocoa powder. Beat everything well. Place the mixture into a pastry syringe. Decorate the cake with cream and raisins. Refrigerate for several hours. To prevent the fudge from spreading when applied, the cake can be sprinkled with starch.
