Kefir is often replaced with homemade yogurt, yogurt, sour cream, diluted with milk - such a replacement does not affect the taste of products. The proportions of ingredients in recipes can be varied to taste by increasing or decreasing the amount of sugar and spices. The richness of the dough will be ensured by the soda added during kneading. It is not necessary to extinguish it, the characteristic taste disappears when combined with a fermented milk product.

- some salt.
In a mixer bowl, beat eggs with salt and sugar. Pour in kefir, in portions add sifted flour mixed with soda. Divide the mass into 2 parts, add a pinch of vanillin to one, put cocoa in the other. Mix both parts of the dough thoroughly.
Lubricate the multicooker bowl with odorless vegetable oil or line the bottom and sides with oiled baking paper. Using two spoons, alternately lay out the dark and light dough, moving in a spiral, from center to edge. Arrange the second layer in a checkerboard pattern.
