Easy to prepare but definitely delicious chicken pie. Pie preparation will be a great pleasure due to its unusual design, combined with the simplicity of the recipe.
It is necessary
- - 180 g butter;
- - 1 chicken yolk;
- - 2 lt. milk;
- - 2 cups of flour.
- To prepare the filling:
- - 500 g chicken fillet;
- - 400 g sour cream 22-25% fat;
- - 2 chicken eggs;
- - 5 branches of parsley;
- - 1 lt. flour;
- - 2 tsp mustard;
- - salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the butter into small pieces and sift the flour into it. Then grind the flour and butter until fine wet crumbs are obtained.
Step 2
Add milk and one yolk to this mixture. Stir and make dough. Wrap the finished dough with food wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Skip the meat to prepare the filling. Mix the minced meat with eggs, sour cream, mustard and parsley, sprinkle with flour and salt. Mix thoroughly again.
Step 4
Remove the dough from the refrigerator, divide into three parts and set one of the parts to the side. Connect the remaining two pieces of dough again and roll out. Put parchment in a rectangular shape and spread with oil. Put the dough in a mold so that you get small sides at the edges. Pierce the dough several times in different places with a fork. Put foil on top of the dough and sprinkle with raw beans.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and put the dish with the dough in it for 10 minutes. Then remove the foil along with the beans and bake for another 10 minutes. Then remove the form from the oven and cool.
Step 6
Transfer the finished filling to the baked dough. Roll out the remaining piece of dough so that a thin plate is obtained, and cut into strips of equal width. Put the strips on the filling to form a grid.
Step 7
Place the pie pan in the oven and bake for about 30-40 minutes, until the dough is golden brown on top.
