- - frozen puff pastry - 0.5 kg;
- - egg - 3 pcs.;
- - cream (33%) - 250 ml;
- - starch - 2 teaspoons;
- - brown sugar - 50 g;
- - vanillin.
Instructions
Step 1
Defrost the finished puff pastry, roll it out a little and cut out 4 circles. Moisten baking tins with a diameter of 7-10 cm with water. Place one mug of puff pastry in each of them. Pin the bottom in several places.

Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Place the molds in it for 20 minutes. Remove the finished baskets and cool.
Step 3
Combine heavy cream with vanilla. Put the mass on the stove and bring to a boil over low heat. Separate the yolks from the whites and whisk with the starch and sugar. Without stopping whipping the mass, pour in a thin stream of hot cream with vanilla. Then immediately place the cream in a water bath and cook, stirring constantly, until the cream becomes thick.
Step 4
Whisk the whites into a foam and mix with the cream. Fill the puff pastry baskets with the mixture. sprinkle everything with brown sugar and place in the oven until the cream is browned.
