Preheat the oven to 170C, grease the baking dish with a small amount of oil.

Beat the butter and sugar with a mixer for the consistency of a light airy cream. Add the eggs to the cream one by one, beat the mixture thoroughly each time.

Sift the flour with salt and baking powder, add to the cream in two passes and mix. Put a spoonful of honey in the dough, pour in the vanilla essence and add sour cream. Once again, carefully alter the dough with a mixer.
Step 4
Grind the walnut, pour it into the dough, stir the last time with a spatula so that the nuts are evenly distributed throughout the mass.
Step 5
We spread the dough in a mold, bake for 40 minutes, check readiness with a wooden toothpick. If necessary, leave the cake in the oven for a couple of minutes.
Step 6
At this time, we are preparing an impregnation for the cake: dissolve a teaspoon of honey in 50 ml of water in a saucepan. After boiling, we wait until the amount of syrup is reduced by 2 times, without ceasing to stir it.
Step 7
We take the cake out of the oven and pour it over with honey. A fragrant dessert is ready!
