It is necessary

- - 50-60 grams of butter
- - 100 grams of semolina

Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the potatoes, peel if desired. Cut the larger tubers in half.
Step 2
Place the potatoes in a saucepan, cover with water and cook until half cooked (just don’t overcook).
Step 3
Drain the potatoes from the pot. Melt the butter. Place each tuber on a fork, dip in oil and brew in semolina.
Step 4
Place the potatoes in a baking dish, oiled and sprinkled with semolina. Season with suneli hops, salt and pepper.
Step 5
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve the potatoes as a stand-alone dish, with herring or pickles as an appetizer.
