Crab meat can also be added to a variety of salads and snacks. For example, you can make a seafood cocktail using crab meat, herbs, and mayonnaise. You will need:
- 100 g of crab meat:
- 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice;
- 1-2 tbsp. l. mayonnaise;
- green salad - 5-6 leaves.
Chop the boiled crab meat and season with mayonnaise. Put the resulting mass on lettuce leaves and sprinkle with lemon juice. You can also add fresh cucumber or radish to the recipe. For calories, boiled eggs, avocados, Chinese cabbage, apples and rice are also added to the crab meat salad. For aroma - cumin, coriander, parsley and pepper.

You can also grill crab meat. To properly smoke the crab, you must first marinate it. For this dish you need:
- 4-5 crab carcasses;
- 200 g butter;
- 100-150 ml of olive oil;
- 2 tbsp. finely chopped garlic;
- 100 ml of lemon juice;

- salt, pepper - to taste.
Place the cut crab in a deep saucepan and add the ingredients indicated in the recipe in turn. Then pour water so that it completely covers the claws and put wood chips. Let the crabs steep for about an hour, and then fry on a wire rack until cooked through. Serve with lemon and green lettuce.
A great option is steamed crab meat. For this dish, only claws are taken, as well as:
- 100 g of sugar;
- 1 tsp salt.
Pour water into a double boiler, add sugar and salt and bring the mixture to a boil. Then place the claws on the wire racks and steam for about eight minutes.
Lovers of new sensations will surely like the salad with crab meat and peaches. You will need:
- crab meat - 200 g;
- half a lemon;
- peaches - 2-3 pcs.;
- mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. l.;
- grated ginger - 50 g.
Carefully cut the meat into strips and sprinkle with lemon juice. Leave to soak for 15 minutes. Peel the peaches and cut them into small pieces, after removing the seeds. Combine all the ingredients and season the salad with mayonnaise and ginger.
