The recipe for this classic fish casserole can be baked in the oven in just 1 hour. At the end, you will get a fragrant, tasty and very satisfying dish. It can be served, for example, for a family lunch, a romantic dinner, or when guests come.
It is necessary

- - sour cream - 100 ml;
- - onion - 1 piece;
- - egg - 2 pcs;
- - potatoes - 7 pcs;
- - fish fillet - 500 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the potatoes, wash in running water and cut into thin slices. Too large potatoes, cut in half, and then into circles. Sprinkle with pepper and salt. If possible, choose young potatoes, then the dish will be much tastier.
Step 2
Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil, put potatoes on it. You can first cover the baking sheet with foil, and then put oil on it and lay out the potatoes.
Step 3
Thaw fish fillets if frozen. Remove large bones from the meat, place the meat evenly over the potatoes.
Step 4
Peel the onion, wash and cut off the back. Then chop finely and sprinkle the fish evenly on top.
Step 5
Grind sour cream and eggs into a separate medium bowl, add pepper, salt and seasonings of your choice. Stir all the ingredients well. Pour the mixture into the casserole. Try to spread the mixture evenly.
Step 6
Preheat oven to 200oC, grate cheese on top of fish and place baking sheet inside. Bake for 40 minutes until cooked through. Further, the fish casserole can be slightly cooled, cut into portions and served as an independent dish along with cold milk, jelly, kefir or tea.
