Pancake rolls with trout are a very tender and hearty appetizer that will be a great addition to the festive table. In addition, you will need no more than 10-15 minutes to prepare this dish (provided that the pancakes are already ready).
It is necessary
- - 5 pancakes;
- - 400 g of lightly salted trout;
- - 150 g of curd cheese;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of mustard;
- - 50 g of dill.

Step 1
First, you need to make pancakes according to the usual recipe from eggs, milk and sifted flour.

When the pancakes are ready, you can start preparing the filling for the roll. To do this, mix curd cheese with mustard and finely chopped dill. Cut the fillet of lightly salted trout into thin neat strips.
Step 3
Grease each pancake with the resulting curd mixture, put several slices of trout in the center. If desired, instead of trout fillet, you can use lightly salted salmon or home-salted fish. Pancakes can also be replaced with pita bread, but in this case, the amount of curd filling should be increased, otherwise the dish will turn out to be too dry.
Step 4
We wrap the pancakes in a roll and cut them into several pieces of the same size, 2-3 cm wide.
