Rolls are not always Japanese cuisine. Now there are lean rolls, sweet rolls, pancake rolls, vegetable rolls, and even bread rolls. Bread rolls with trout and cheese are a good light snack for a buffet table. It looks original, but it is simple to prepare. These rolls have a pleasant fishy taste, thanks to the Philadelphia cheese they become softer.
It is necessary
- - 150 g smoked trout;
- - 4 slices of black or white toast bread;
- - packaging of Philadelphia cheese;
- - half a bunch of green onions;
- - sesame;
- - mayonnaise.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the bread into 0.5 cm pieces. Cut off the crust if you did not use regular bread for toast.
Step 2
Spread cling film on the table, overlap the bread on it, cover with the end of the film on top, roll with a rolling pin.
Step 3
Grease the resulting bread layer with soft Philadelphia cheese.
Step 4
Cut the smoked trout into thin slices, place on top of the cheese.
Step 5
Chop green onions, sprinkle with spread trout.
Step 6
Roll the bread into a roll, wrap in foil.
Step 7
Store in a cool place for 1 hour.
Step 8
Before serving, cut the bread rolls across into pieces, brush each piece with a little mayonnaise, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds on top.
