  • - sugar 120 g;
  • - butter 80 g;
  • - milk 50 ml;
  • - chicken egg 1 pc.;
  • - vanillin extract 1 teaspoon;
  • - baking powder 1 teaspoon;
  • - 1/2 teaspoon soda;
  • - 1/2 teaspoon salt;
  • - bread crumbs;
  • - vanilla sugar to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Melt butter in a frying pan, add sugar. Cook over low heat until sugar turns into caramel.

Step 2

Peel the bananas, cut into slices 3-5 mm thick. Remove the pan from heat, add bananas to the caramel, stir. Cover and let sit for 15 minutes. Mash the cooled bananas with a fork.

Step 3

Whisk the milk and egg in a bowl. Then add bananas, beat with a mixer. Sift flour with vanilla, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Toss by hand with bananas.

Step 4

Grease a baking dish with butter, sprinkle with bread crumbs. Pour the prepared dough into a mold. Bake for 40-45 minutes at 170 degrees. Cool the finished cake in a mold, then remove, cut into slices and serve.
