Banana-caramel dessert tastes very delicate, airy, soft and aromatic, it is prepared simply, but it turns out to be very tasty and satisfying.

- - caramel sauce
- - 2 bananas
- - whipped cream
- For the cream:
- - 2/3 cup sugar
- - 10 pieces of cookies
- - 2 glasses of milk
- - ¼ cup starch
- - a pinch of salt
- - 2 eggs
- - 1 tbsp. Sahara
- - 2 tbsp. butter
- - 1 tbsp. vanillin
- - 50 g butter

Step 1
First you need to prepare a cream. To do this, beat the eggs with a whisk in a cup. Mix sugar, salt and starch in a small saucepan. Gradually add milk there and, stirring, put on moderate heat until thickened. Bring the mixture to a boil. Cook for about 2 more minutes.
Step 2
Add a couple tablespoons of this mixture to the bowl of eggs and mix quickly but very thoroughly so that the eggs do not curl. Then pour the beaten eggs into a saucepan. Put on low heat and let it boil for 40-45 seconds, stirring regularly.
Step 3
Then remove from heat, add butter with vanilla. Leave the cream to cool. When the saucepan has cooled down, place it in the refrigerator to cool completely.
Step 4
The biscuits should be crushed in a plastic bag and then combined in a bowl with sugar and melted butter. Put in an even layer on a baking sheet and put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
Step 5
Then you need to lay out the dessert as follows:
First you need to lay out 2 tbsp. l. baked crumbs into a serving cup. With a glass of smaller diameter, it is necessary to press the base so that an even hard layer is obtained.
Next, you need to lay out a layer of chilled ready-made cream.
Then - a couple of circles of banana.
Cover the bananas with a layer of whipped cream.
Sprinkle a little crumbs on top and sprinkle with caramel.
Repeat one more layer of "cream-bananas-whipped cream-crumb and caramel".

It is better to serve dessert immediately, before serving, garnish with a slice of banana.
